Efficient Everyday is workflow software. It helps clinic staff complete repetitive administrative and documentation tasks faster. It does not practice medicine.

What Efficient Everyday does not do

Text shortcuts and templates

Text shortcuts ("dot phrases") insert wording that the clinic itself has written and approved. Each clinic is responsible for reviewing, customizing, approving, and maintaining its own templates and phrases.

A shortcut is triggered by a user. The user remains responsible for reviewing inserted text for accuracy and completeness and editing it as needed before it becomes part of any medical record.

Document and workflow automation

Scanning, file-handling, and other workflow automations are configured for a specific clinic environment. Staff should confirm that each resulting document or file is correct, complete, and associated with the right record before relying on it.

Not every workflow can be automated, and results depend on the clinic's equipment, software, and processes. Compatibility is evaluated case by case.

Patient information

Efficient Everyday workflows are designed to avoid storing patient identifiers or protected health information unnecessarily. This website does not collect patient information, and the interactive demos run only in your browser using fictional text.

We do not make certification claims about regulatory compliance on this website. Questions about how a specific workflow handles information can be discussed during an evaluation.
