When you book or request a demo, or email us, you may share your name, work email, clinic name, role, and a short description of a workflow you'd like to improve. We use this to respond to you and prepare for the conversation.

Scheduling

Demo bookings may be handled by a third-party scheduling service (such as Calendly). Information you enter there is processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.

Interactive examples

The "Try a shortcut" playground and other demos on this site run entirely in your browser. Text you type into them is not sent to us or stored by us.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. If we enable privacy-focused website analytics, we will update this policy to describe it.

How we use information

Our software products

This policy covers the marketing website only. Use of Efficient Everyday software at a clinic is governed by the agreement with that clinic. Our workflows are designed to avoid storing patient identifiers unnecessarily.

This website is intended for healthcare professionals and businesses, not children.
